Faith Radar has created this guide to help you better understand the wide variety of Christian denominations and traditions. Each entry provides an overview of a denomination or church family, along with related groups and movements. Our goal is to make it easier to learn about the Christian landscape and find connections to faith communities that may be meaningful to you.
About this List:
This directory is intended for educational and informational purposes. While we’ve included many of the largest and most widely known Christian denominations, it is not a complete list of every church group or fellowship. In some cases, denominations with similar histories or teachings are grouped together for clarity.
Because Christianity is diverse, not every church or pastor within a denomination will agree with every belief or practice listed here. Churches may also use different labels for their tradition, or identify as independent or non-denominational.
